A premium, multi-purpose extreme pressure (EP) grease formulated with a lithium complex thickener system for wide-range, high-temperature and heavy-load applications across automotive, industrial, and marine deck equipment. Delivers a high dropping point, strong mechanical stability, and robust EP/anti-wear protection for demanding bearing and chassis lubrication duties.
AEROX MRN Lithium Complex EP-2 Grease is manufactured using a lithium complex thickener dispersed in high-quality mineral base oil, fortified with extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-oxidant, and rust/corrosion-inhibiting additives. The complex-soap structure delivers a significantly higher dropping point and better high-temperature/mechanical stability than conventional lithium greases, while retaining excellent pumpability, water resistance, and adhesion for reliable performance in plain and rolling element bearings, chassis points, and slow-to-medium speed industrial and marine equipment.
APPLICATIONS
• Plain and rolling-element bearings in industrial, automotive, and marine deck machinery (winches, cranes, davits, pulley blocks) operating under moderate-to-heavy load.
• Wheel bearings, chassis and steering linkage points, and general-purpose automotive/off-highway lubrication points.

Heavy-Duty, High-Temperature, Water-Resistant Grease | NLGI Grade 2 | Calcium Sulfonate Complex Thickener
A premium, heavy-duty grease built on a calcium sulfonate complex thickener, offering inherent extreme pressure performance, an exceptionally high dropping point, and outstanding resistance to water washout and corrosion. Engineered for the most demanding marine, offshore, and heavy industrial applications where sustained wet, high load, and high-temperature conditions rule out conventional soap-based greases.
AEROX MRN Calcium Sulfonate Complex 2 Grease is manufactured using an overbased calcium sulfonate complex thickener dispersed in high-quality base oil. Unlike conventional lithium or lithium complex greases, the calcium sulfonate complex structure is inherently extreme-pressure and corrosion-resistant without relying solely on supplemental EP additives, giving outstanding load-carrying capacity, exceptional water resistance/washout protection, and a very high dropping point. This makes it especially suited to marine, offshore, and wet or corrosive heavy industrial environments demanding long relubrication intervals and reliable protection under continuous exposure to water and salt spray.

• Marine and offshore deck machinery, winches, wire ropes, cranes, and mooring equipment exposed to seawater, salt spray, and washdown.
